These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to every purchase you make from Lumière Pierre ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.
Our jewelry is made of 316L stainless steel with a gold, silver or rose-gold plated finish and set with simulated birthstones (hand-cut 5A cubic zirconia). Stones are not natural gemstones. We make every effort to show colors and details accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product photos may include styling props that are not included with your order.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Because each piece is made with the birthstones you choose, please double-check your selection before checking out. If you need to change your order, email us as soon as possible; once production has started we may not be able to make changes.
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days from your order (made to order, then shipped). See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied to past orders and may only be combined where stated. We may end or change a promotion at any time.
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Lumière Pierre or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
