What materials are your pieces made from?

Every piece is made of hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel with a thick 18K gold, silver or rose gold plated finish, set with hand-cut 5A cubic zirconia simulated birthstones. It’s waterproof, sweatproof and made for everyday wear.
How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the size guide on the product page. If you need help choosing, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
When will my order arrive?

Every piece is made to order with your stones, which takes 1–5 days. It then ships with free tracked delivery, so the total time from order to your door is about 8–15 days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Ordering a Christmas gift? Please order by December 3.
Who makes your jewelry?

Every piece is designed by Lumière Pierre and made to order by our trusted jewelry partner, using hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel with a thick gold, silver or rose gold plated finish.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.
Can I return or exchange my order?

Every piece is made to order with the birthstones you choose, so all sales are final and we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. Need to change something?
