Shipping Policy Free shipping on every order. We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is always free, with no minimum order. Delivery timeEvery piece is made to order with the birthstones you choose. Making your piece takes 1–5 business days, and US delivery then takes about 5–9 business days. In total, please allow about 8–15 business days from the day you place your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. No customs feesAll duties and import taxes are already paid by us. You will never be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. TrackingAs soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package all the way to your door. Holiday ordersOrdering a gift? During busy seasons carriers can be slower than usual, so we recommend ordering early. For Christmas delivery, please place your order by December 3. Wrong address or lost packagePlease check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right. Where we shipWe currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
